What this agreement covers

These Terms govern your use of The Spiral Corner — the website, your account, and any digital magazine issue you unlock through it. By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to them.

If you do not agree, do not create an account. Continued use after we update these Terms means you accept the updated version.

Your account

You need an account to purchase and read issues. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials private and for everything that happens under your account.

One account belongs to one person. Accounts, and the issues unlocked within them, are personal and may not be shared, sold, or transferred to anyone else.

You must provide a real email address. We use it to confirm purchases, restore access, and reach you about your account.

Purchases and ownership

Each issue is a one-time purchase that unlocks permanent access for your account. There is no subscription and no recurring charge unless a future product clearly states otherwise.

A purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read that issue inside our viewer. It does not transfer ownership of the work itself or any intellectual property within it.

Prices are shown at checkout in your local currency where supported. Payments are processed by Whop; we never see or store your full card details.

Refunds

Because issues are digital and access is granted immediately, purchases are generally final. If something went wrong — a duplicate charge, an issue that will not open, access that never unlocked — contact us and we will make it right.

Where local consumer law grants you a right to a refund, that right is not affected by anything written here.

How you may use the work

Read it, return to it, sit with it. What you may not do: download, copy, screen-record, redistribute, resell, or publicly post the issues, or attempt to extract the underlying files or bypass the viewer.

The viewer applies a personal watermark and access controls. Circumventing them, or helping others do so, is a breach of these Terms and may end your access without refund.

Our content and yours

All issues, text, design, and visual identity are owned by The Spiral Corner or its contributors and are protected by copyright. The name and marks are ours.

If you send us feedback or ideas, you allow us to use them freely, without obligation or compensation.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the platform running, but we do not promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change, pause, or retire features over time.

We may update these Terms. When we make material changes, we will post the new date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email.

Liability

The platform is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of it.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Ending access

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms, abuse the platform, or attempt to extract or share protected content.
